You will ensure that production delivers according to set goals for quality, delivery precision and efficiency, while driving improvement initiatives and developing the team.The role involves close collaboration with departments such as Industrialization, Production Development, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Planning.Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach your production team towards common goalsEnsure that deliveries are of the right quality, are delivered on time, and are implemented efficientlyInitiate and drive improvement projects in processes, flows and working methodsWork actively with skills development and team satisfactionParticipate in strategic planning and contribute to long-term development of production capacityRequirements:Documented experience of leadership in production, preferably in electronics or advanced assemblyRelevant technical education, such as a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalentGood understanding of Lean, quality systems and improvement workAbility to communicate clearly and inspiringly, in both Swedish and EnglishExperience of working in a cross-functional organizationCharacteristics:We value characteristics such as ownership, initiative, willingness to cooperate and structure. You are a confident leader who enjoys creating commitment and developing both people and processes. You are solution-oriented, have a strategic perspective and are used to managing change.
