Read on for more details about this particular role.ResponsabilidadesManages the production function of multiple departments / product lines through direct supervisory reports.Interacts with support functions to ensure the appropriate staffing and equipment utilization in assembling and manufacturing products that meet quality and delivery expectations.RequisitosExperience (required):5 years of production supervision or project management experience.2 - 3 years of production manager position.Experience in leading Lean, 6-Sigma, Continuous Improvement, EHSinitiatives.Experience in managing others in supervisory roles.Multi-department, multi-shift experienceMasters, advance degree, may be substituted for up to 2 years of supervisoryand / or work experience.Experience (preferred):6-Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltCertificate in Lean ManufacturingCertificate in Supply ChainEducation (required): BS degree in Engineering Field. Education (preferred): Masters or advanced degree / certification. SAP ERP. English (Advanced)
