Production Manager

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesManage and evaluate entire production process Contribute to production Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and supervise daily footwear production operations production targets are achieved within deadlinesMonitor workflow and identify process improvementsMaintain high standards of quality, productivity, and efficiencyCoordinate with cutting, stitching, and finishing departments Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and machinery.Control wastage and improve cost efficiencySupervise production staff and maintain discipline on the floor.Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and quality standards Train and motivate the team to achieve company goals and budgeting Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a safe production environment Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholdersSalary Range:30,000-40,000 BDT (Based on experience)Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Footwear Technology, Production Management, or a related fieldRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in Footwear Production ManagementStrong leadership, planning, and organizational skillsPractical knowledge of footwear production processes (cutting, stitching, lasting, finishing)Ability to lead a large production team effectivelyStrong problem-solving and communication skillsCapable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
