Supervise subordinate minimum 50 persons Strong leadership/Team Player/Result OrientedAbility to work in Logical, systematic, and problem solving methodologyAble to work independently/Self motivate/Work smartAble to communicate and motivate employees in any levelBe able to understand English & operate computer (MS office)Good Knowledge minimum on QMS, OHSAS/K3Good Knowledge on basic safety, PPE, ergonomic, hazardous chemicalsJob Description :Daily control and monitor performance of all Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Assembly Decoration, & Mixing machines/supporting equipment including backlog.Control and monitor Headcount and overtime usage in respective area to be effective and efficient. Ensuring & monitoring set-up activities, products standard, quality control program to ensure products are produced on time, correct quantity and good quality in their respective area. Responsible to scrap reduction program, REE and/or productivity improvement, energy, and other continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot process issues related to Quality and Efficiency and to make sure REE target is meet. Interact proactively with Supply Chain to meet lead time requirements to meet the delivery commitments and inventory levelsProvide solution and motivate technicians to solve the problems arise in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Assembly Decoration, & Mixing.Leading the Quality problem solving with other departments (IBB and EBB).Promote the EHS culture, address health and safety concerns and opportunities. To ensure that all Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Assembly Decoration, & Mixing SOP/WI comply with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, ISO 18000, Halal Certificate, Albea Directives, and other certificate that company already implement.Responsible for facilitating, coaching, educating, supervising, and motivating team the respective team to achieve team goals, company goals and customer delight.Reviewing the performance and provide feedback to the subordinates Prepare, analyze, and present the report and provide the solution and continuous improvement ideas.Proactively assist Plant Manager and working with related departments to implement and achieve Production Dept goals
