MS Office/ Excel; 5+ years of experience food/ produce processing/ canning/ bottling. Must be a natural leader/ strategic/structured thinker/ able to work in a structured way/ under pressure/ have integrity/ initiative/ energy/ drive/ a positive/ level-headed mindset/ display attention to detail. Have strong communication/ people/ management/ analytical skills/ financial acumen/ budget control discipline/ proven leadership exp. in managing multiple production lines/ teams. We require a technically competent individual with an understanding of production machinery/ performance metrics/ process efficiency/ and can drive continuous improvement across all production areas. Must have strong food/ produce production processing knowledge/ proven technical knowledge of canning/ bottling processes/ machinery/ quality control/ working knowledge of HACCP/ FSSC 22000/ ISO 9001/ ISO 18000/ related standards / advanced troubleshooting skills/ determine causes of operating errors. Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within the processing facility/ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently/cost-effectively/ safely/ maintaining food safety/ quality standards.Will lead/ monitor production resources/ staff/ continuously improve production processes /output/ efficiency.
