Production Manager / Factory Manager Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager / Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth factory performance, high-quality output, and on-time delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all factory operations — planning, scheduling, and production control.Supervise teams across machining, welding, and assembly sections to meet production targets.Ensure strict adherence to quality, cost, and safety standards.Drive productivity improvements through Industrial Engineering methods and effective workflow management.Manage resources, manpower, and machinery maintenance.Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams for order fulfillment.Prepare and present production reports to management.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in mechanical/manufacturing environment with 4+ years in a managerial role. BSc in Mechanical Engineering, postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
