Job DescriptionLiaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirementsOrganize workflow to meet specifications and deadlinesMonitor production to resolve issuesSupervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)Ensure output meets quality standardsEnforce health and safety precautionsReport to upper management/ Factory ManagerParticipates in short-term and long-term productionplanning with the planning and follow-up department under the company's general plan.Follow up purchase orders with the procurement department and ensure that the raw materials and supplies arrive with the required quality and sizes agreed upon with the technical and procurement office.With the assistance of his subordinates and in coordination with the official in charge of identifying and studying the needs in the Planning and Follow-up Department, he determines the expected production needs of raw materials and production requirements, and makes sure of the timings of their delivery to the production lines.Supervises the implementation of approved production plans according to the production volume specified in the plan.Prepares a equipment loading plan for the production of modular products and new products.He prepares a plan for the use of labor in the production departments of the subordinate and the work of the maneuver plan to meet the requirements and pressures of work, and meet the contracted delivery dates and follows up with the head of the planning department the implementation of the approved ones.Ensure that the necessary coordination is made between production plans, preventive maintenance plans, daily, weekly and periodic maintenance and repair plan for production equipment by the maintenance department, and follow-up implementation of approved ones.Job RequirementsProven experience as Production Manager / especially in Sheet Metal works & Sheet Fabrication 10-15 years Deep knowledge of production management role.Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulationsKnowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting conceptsExperience in reporting on key production metricsProficient in MS Office and ERP softwareOutstanding communication abilityExcellent organizational and leaderships skillsAttention to detail.Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approachBSc/Ba in Mechanical /production Engineering.
