Production Manager

Main duties:- Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.- Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.- Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management.- Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.- Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department. 4. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.- Good at English or Korean- Minimum of 5 years in production manager, preferably with experience in electrical panels.- Strong leadership and people management abilities.- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.- Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.- Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.5.
