ResponsibilitiesLead the Production Material Control team to fulfill the annual KPI target, take part in the strategic thinking about the future business of BU and assist the top management to formulate and implement the annual goals;Interacted with customer supply chain or internal sales department, in charge of the full chain of order process include demand planning & capacity allocation & material purchasing & production planning & delivery fulfillment, and lead the cross-functional team work internally;Make the detailed schedule as monthly & weekly & daily production plan and material plan based on customer demand and facilities status, and followed up in the on-going stage;Set up the supply chain system according to the 4M1E methodology and identify risks in the supply chain and support the final decision of operation director or above level;Suppliers management, ensure the OTD of raw material in aligned by the suppliers' capacity & delivery & risk as well as inventory in a reasonable level as always;Assist the team manager to brain out staff training and development planning, lead supply chain management-related project(such as PMTA, IT system upgrade and go-live, etc.) and ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader.QualificationsBachelor degree or above, major in logistics or business administration is preferred;Minimum 5 years of management level(the electronics industry is preferred)in PMC function, proficient in SAP; strong knowledge of the end-to-end process in production planning, material control, and warehouse management.Specialized in material management & capacity management & international trade & demand management & cost management and finance related;Proven experience in leading improvement projects, with solid decision-making and problem-solving skills;Strong logical thinking, high stress tolerance, and adaptable to tight lead times, fast pace, and variable situations;English can be as working language.
