Production & Material Planning Specialist

We are looking for a Production & Raw Material Planning Specialist to be assigned to our client company located in Torbalı.Responsibilities:Organizing weekly/monthly/annual production planning based on sales orders and forecasts in line with available materials and capacity,Determining the required number of shifts and machines,Converting sales orders into production orders in SAP,Monitoring the production plan and tracking actual results through KPIs,Managing finished goods inventory,Analyzing execution errors, unused stock, and negatives, and defining corrective actions,Ensuring that ERP system parameters (BOM, routings, etc.) are correctly defined and performing periodic revisions,Carrying out ERP closing processes (sales, purchasing, month-end closing, etc.) at defined frequencies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or other related engineering fields,Minimum 5 years of experience in production/raw material planning within manufacturing companies,Proficiency in SAP,Advanced level of English (for technical reporting and communication with international teams),Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills,Knowledge of ERP systems and strong command of MS Office (especially Excel).
