SGD 2,700–3,000 (including allowances & OT)AWS: 1-month salaryPerformance Bonus: 1–1.5 monthsAnnual Leave: Starting at 11 daysAffordable meals at company canteen ($2–3 per meal)PPE (earplugs, eye protection, etc.) providedFree company shuttle from Choa Chu Kang MRT and Joo Koon MRTShifts & Work Schedule:Monthly Rotation Shift: Day shift (7:30 AM–7:30 PM) one month, night shift (7:30 PM–7:30 AM) the next monthWork only 4 days a weekOptional OT for extra daysBreaks Included: 30-minute meal break, 2 tea breaks (15 minutes each, paid as OT)Job Summary:We are looking for a physically fit and detail-oriented Production Officer to operate and monitor battery production machines while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor battery production machines efficiently.Lift and handle loads of 10–15 kg as needed.Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.Load raw materials and ensure smooth production flow.Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major faults.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Requirements:Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in shifts.Team-oriented with good communication skills.
