Production Officer

Note: The candidate for this position will be hired on a Third party (HRSG) contractLocation: Raiwind, Punjab (PK)Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for executing the production plan across both shifts, ensuring seamless operation of machines to meet production targets.In-Depth statistical Process Control Analysis & Implementation of Lean Manufacturing ToolsTracking planning vs production targets to mitigate bottle necks and improve through data analytics & Plant OEE.Organize tasks as per the Production Plan. Oversee material issuance, batch management, and product inspection.Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, QA, Blend, and Supply Chain teams to oversee and manage floor activities.Minimize tea and packing material wastage through effective control measures.Actively engage in Food and Occupational Health and Safety projects, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.Ensure production workers comply with all safety precautions and norms while operating machines and equipment & will rotate in day & night shifts.Data Analyses / Overtime Monitoring / Bulck Item Consumption / Plant Performance / SafetyAny other job assigned by the Production Departmentof all Internal/External Audits Including Stock & Process Audits, HACCP, ISO, Etc.Qualifications and Education RequirementsBE - Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering or relevant bachelors degree3 to 5 Years in FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Industrial manufacturingPreferred SkillsSAP / MS OfficePresentation Skills
