This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring seamless operations, financial performance, and high team engagement. You’ll uphold our brand’s commitment to quality and consistency while driving efficiency, developing talent, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.What You’ll DoLead nightly operations at the CPU - particularly during our peak hours (20:00 - 02:00) to ensure all production meets agreed specifications, quality standards and deadlines. Maintain full compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety regulations.Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of bakers, pastry chefs, and support staff - driving operational excellence, consistency, and building a robust talent pipeline.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain strong communication between production, maintenance, supply chain, and retail.Analyse data to identify trends, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement.Report on production output, costs, and labour usage, while managing budgets effectively.What You’ll Bring5+ years of strong leadership experience in a large-scale kitchen, CPU, or food production environment.Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety standards.Proven ability in managing teams, budgets, and operational performance.Experience in driving quality through management, training, and team development.Highly organised, process-driven, and able to perform under pressure.What’s In It For You £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience.
