As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations professional to support our production and supply-chain processes.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Production & Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of our production activities. This role ensures that materials, suppliers, and timelines are aligned to deliver high-quality products on schedule. You will work closely with our design, atelier, and logistics teams to maintain operational excellence and support the brand’s development.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate production schedules with internal teams and external suppliersManage raw material planning and inventory levelsOversee stock management and track material consumptionCreate and develop seasonal Bills of Materials (BOMs) for end products and import them into the ERP; create and manage all work orders in the systemHandle production costing and maintain accurate cost recordsManage outsourcing activities, ensuring product quality and timely deliveryCoordinate import processes, documentation, and quality certificationsMaintain strong cross-functional communication and alignmentIdentify operational gaps and develop clear action plans to improve processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field3–4 years of experience in operations or production within a local business unit or similar environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing systems and excellent computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets and preferably experience in an ERP system) Fluent in EnglishTraining or experience in logistics, negotiations, and stock managementStrong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skillsEffective decision-making and process-management abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSupplier management experience, both local and internationalAdaptability and strong project-management skillsMaintain and improve effective interfaces with other departmentsBe a great learner
