This hands-on role involves transporting materials, operating furnace charging equipment, and learning to operate our melting furnaces safely and effectively.
What You'll NeedA high school diploma or GED (we can help through the GEDWorks program). Prior experience working with industrial manufacturing environments. A plus if you've worked in a melt department or with large furnaces. Comfortable with basic math (like counting and simple calculations). Can communicate clearly with team members. A Team Player Who Works Well With Others. Can follow directions and also help guide others when needed. Good at solving simple problems on the job.
