The planner manages production orders, monitors capacity, updates ERP data, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to prevent delays and optimize workflow.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Analyze capacity and material availability using ERP (M3)Schedule and enter production orders (finished and semi-finished)Communicate with procurement and demand planning teamsMonitor production plan execution and resolve deviationsTrack KPIs: OTTW, Earned Hours, Lead Time, Inventory AccuracySupport audits, inventory, and ERP data accuracyCollaborate with production, warehouse, and technical teamsYOU HAVE:Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Economics, or other relevant technical/administrative fieldsPrevious experience in or with production planning, supply chain management or related areas. Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.Skills:Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Intermediate EnglishERP (M3), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Problem-solving & analytical thinkingStrong organizational and time management skills.Data analysis & reportingInitiative, flexibility, and adaptabilityFlexibility and ability to work under pressure.
