You will be responsible for creating detailed production schedules that align with sales forecasts, backlog, and resource availability. This role requires proactive coordination with various departments including procurement, engineering, project management, and logistics to ensure that materials, equipment, and personnel are optimally allocated to meet production deadlines.You will monitor activities, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain continuous workflow and on-time delivery. Utilizing data-driven insights and planning tools, you will monitor production performance, forecast demand fluctuations, and adjust schedules accordingly to maximize efficiency.How You’ll Make An ImpactDevelop and maintain the master plan considering backlog, forecasts, inventory levels and resource capacity for test facilitiesCollaborate with various departments such as sales, engineering, supply change management and project management to ensure a reliable plan.Communicate with stakeholders to ensure material and resource availabilityMonitor schedule adherence, identify key root causes for deviation and take follow-up improvement action.Identify and resolve long term bottlenecks.Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the planning process.Contribute to planning scenarios for Sales & Operations Planning.Identify potential risks that could threaten the plan’s success and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background5+ years of experience in similar position, preferred planning and/or manufacturing/test experienceYou have a bachelor’s degreeStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g Excel, Power BI, etc.)Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
