Job Description

Skeleton is looking for a proactive and detail-orientedProduction Plannerto join our SuperBattery-team in Varkaus.In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. You will work closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to optimize resource utilization and maintain high efficiency across the production process.Key Responsibilities:Plan and schedule production activities based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacityDevelop and maintain production plans that optimize labor, materials, and equipment usageCoordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and componentsMonitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changing prioritiesCommunicate daily and weekly production plans to relevant departmentsAnalyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve processesMaintain ERP/MRP systems with accurate scheduling and inventory dataCollaborate with quality and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain consistent outputParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and supply chain performanceEnsure safe and healthy working conditions, report risks and safety deviationsPlan maintenance and repairs together with maintenance and production managersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field2-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related manufacturing rolesStrong understanding of MRP/ERP systemsProficient in Excel and data analysis toolsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and coordination abilities across departmentsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesGood knowledge of Finnish and EnglishBenefitsA versatile and responsible role in a skilled and supportive teamAn international working environment with growth opportunitiesSupport for professional developmentWe're not just about energy storage.
