Job Description Production Planner:The Production Planner is responsible for monitoring the progress of production and resolving any issues that arise during the process. The tasks include tracking the progress of volume (replenishment, picking, processing, and outbound), resolving order issues such as errors or stock shortages, and managing orders that are on hold. Furthermore, the Production Planner is responsible for reporting any backlogs and missed deliveries, and acts as the point of contact for internal and external departments to resolve production issues. The role requires a high degree of organization and communication, with the planner constantly in contact with various departments, such as order management, warehouse management, and customer service.Tasks:• Monitor volume progress and manage production processes (replenishment, picking, processing, and outbound).• Handle order issues (order errors, stock shortages).• Manage on-hold orders and resolve issues (e.g., prioritizing incoming receipts, setting deviations).• Report exceptions (backlog reports and missed deliveries).• Resolve issues in collaboration with IT and inventory management.• Follow up on special and priority orders.Job Requirements:To be successful in this role, the Production Planner must have excellent communication skills and experience in a similar position. A strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel) is required. The planner must be able to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The person in this role must be able to quickly respond to changing business needs and effectively solve problems. Additionally, 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is highly valued, as well as knowledge of production and logistics processes.Requirements:• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar or previous role.• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office (Excel).• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize under pressure.• Problem-solving ability and quick thinking in changing situations.Offer:The position offers a dynamic work environment within a growing company, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of production processes.
