We aspire to shape future mobility dreams and turn them into reality.”As a global yet fast-evolving company, we are always looking to grow and evolve our talents.Sobre La PosiciónWe are looking for a Production Planning & Control Coordinator to join the Marelli team, reporting directly to the PP&C Manager.As the Production Planning & Control Coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible ensuring efficient manufacturing operations and meeting customer demands effectively.Tus Responsabilidades SeránDevelop Production Schedules:Create and maintain detailed production schedules that align with demand forecasts and delivery deadlines.Adjust schedules as necessary in response to changes in demand or production issues.Capacity and Resource Planning:Evaluate production capacity and make recommendations to optimize the use of labor, equipment, and materials.Identify potential bottlenecks and devise strategies to mitigate them.Performance Tracking and Reporting:Collect and analyze production data to assess efficiency and output against targets.Prepare regular reports on production metrics and propose improvements.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with production, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues affecting production timelines and quality.Serve as a liaison between departments to enhance coordination and understanding of production goals.Process Improvement Initiatives:Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving quality.Qué Cualificaciones TraerásBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Understanding of manufacturing processes and production management techniques.Proficient in using SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Otras habilidades deseables Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Expectativas Esperadas Para La PosiciónStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.Ability to quickly identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions.Que Ofrece La PosiciónFast-paced yet supportive and high-performing international team with an inspiring ambition to transform the future of mobility.Support in onboarding and further training that will set you up with Marelli's speed.A hybrid work model, helping you to achieve work-life balance-combining the best of both spending time working remotely, benefitting from focus time, and purposeful co-creation time in the office.Da El Siguiente PasoTogether, we will drive the world towards a safer, greener, and better-connected future.
