You will lead, maintain and continuously improve capacity planning strategies for the production unit Assembly, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, operational capabilities, and performance objectives in the tactical planning horizon.You ensure that production capacity plans are effectively developed, executed, and optimized in close alignment with Sales and Operations Planning — maximizing efficiency, securing resource balance, and enabling reliable customer deliveries. As Production Planning Lead, you are the key owner of planning performance, driving continuous improvement and collaboration across functions.At Prodrive Technologies, you will operate within a complex, high-tech manufacturing environment characterized by large bills of materials, complex production routings, a diverse product portfolio, and vertical integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage tactical production plans for the Production unit (incl. S&OP cycle), translate demand forecasts into actionable capacity plansPerform scenario planning, identify capacity bottlenecks and propose solutions (e.g. overtime, hiring, investments, demand updates)Manage escalations and set priorities to safeguard delivery performance and operational efficiencyMonitor and report Production planning key performance indicators (Delivery reliability, Output, Capacity utilization, Efficiency, Availability loss, WIP, Lead time)Recommend and implement improvements with stakeholders to achieve KPI targetsSupport and coach Production planners in best practices and standardsProfileMasters degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field5+ years of experience within Supply Chain Management or Operations managementStrong expertise in Production scheduling, Capacity planning and Inventory managementExcel analysis Skills & BI-tools understandingExperience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)Hands-on attitudeStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
