You will ensure timely processing of customer orders, manage project execution, optimize inventory parameters, and support company targets such as OTD, OVD, and Inventory. Your leadership will directly influence production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.As a Production Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading and developing the production planning team (4 planners)Planning production for the assigned segment and ensuring workflow efficiencyProcessing customer orders on time and confirming delivery dates in the internal systemManaging assigned projects, monitoring progress, and presenting achieved resultsSetting and maintaining correct inventory parameters (Safety Stock, Lead Time, TRLT, MOQ, etc.)Driving company targets for OTD, OVD, and Inventory through proactive monitoring and actionsLeading operational meetings focused on priorities, deadlines, and customer order requirementsPreparing reports, monitoring performance, and training employees in planning processesTo be successful in this role, you will:Bring experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operationsDemonstrate strong leadership and team‑management skillsHave excellent organizational and analytical abilitiesUnderstand planning systems, inventory parameters, and production workflowsCommunicate effectively across departments and with stakeholdersBe proactive, independent, and focused on achieving operational targetsBe comfortable presenting results and leading meetingsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that people want to work and perform at their best in different ways.
