We’re seeking a Production Planning Manager to lead planning and scheduling activities for our Smoking Cessation product portfolio. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement robust production planning strategies for the Smoking Cessation portfolio.Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.Analyze demand and market trends to align production schedules with business goals.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners, fostering efficiency and innovation.Evaluate and enhance planning systems to meet evolving business needs.Oversee and approve production schedules to ensure optimal manufacturing performance.Use analytical tools to monitor capacity utilization and resource allocation.Identify and resolve bottlenecks, maintaining consistent production flow.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.8–10 years’ experience in production planning within healthcare, pharma, or related manufacturing sectors.Proven ability to manage complex planning processes within a regulated environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions.Desirable:Excellent leadership and communication abilities.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Advanced proficiency with planning systems and MS Office tools.Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven mindset.Sound like you?
