Production Process Engineer

We are looking for a "Production Process Engineer" to join our Team at Tuzla Orgachem Facility!If you have;Graduated from Chemical Engineering,3-5 years of relevant experience in production preferably in chemical industry,Proficieny in English,Good at MS office applications,You will be responsible;Planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities,Ensuring that production targets (quality, quantity, and timeline) are achieved,Monitoring and analyzing production performance and efficiency,Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs,Coordinating with maintenance, quality, and planning departments to ensure smooth operations,Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards,Preparing and maintaining production reports and documentation,Supporting new product trials and process validation activities,Managing and guiding production operators and technical staff,Participating in continuous improvement projects such as lean manufacturing and 5S applications.About Organik KimyaStarting our journey in 1924 as a chemicals trader, today, with over 90 years of experience in the chemicals industry, we have been providing solutions to a variety of markets and applications utilizing different technologies.
