The Production Quality Controller is an important operational role, responsible for on-site quality assurance, production oversight, and timely delivery coordination across our manufacturing partners.TasksMaintain daily communication with manufacturers to ensure that orders are produced according to technical specifications and delivery schedulesConduct daily production facility visits to monitor print quality, material accuracy, and overall production conditionsEnsure quality standards are met at every stage of productionInspect samples and finished goods to verify compliance with technical drawings and customer requirements.Identify potential production issues and coordinate with relevant departments to implement effective solutionsProactively identify potential delays and propose solutions to prevent production issuesWork under pressure in a dynamic production environmentSupport the coordination of production and shipment processes to meet customer delivery deadlinesRequirementsMinimum A2 level of English proficiency.Valid driving license and no travel restrictions.Minimum 2 years of experience in the packaging industryProficient in Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and proactive as well as a high sense for attention to detail and reliability.Able to monitor production processes on-site through regular production facility visits.Excellent time management and a team-oriented mindset.Flexible for occasional overnight travel, as required by production facility visits.
