Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than 50 countries around the world and employs about 30,000 people of over 130 nationalities.Purpose of the position: As Production Control Room Operator, you will Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with operating procedures, HSE requirements, and scheduled timelines. Carry out operations such as: Operation procedures preparation; QA/QC certification; Fire Fighting System usage; HSE system usage; Integrated Control System usage. Perform maintenance and inspection activities to ensure safe operation. Operate the plant from the Central Control Room (CCR) reports to Production Supervisors.How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:▪ To operate Safety equipment during tests and ensure performance are in line with the design..▪ ESD 0 / Evacuation / Major Emergency supporting in relation with IOM located in Crisis Room and the emergency response team.▪ To take over and undertake control room operations under the direction of the Production Supervisor of the running systems.▪ To ensure during the execution of the Work permit that the Operating of the facilities is consistent (Inhibitions reporting, systems isolations, live/unlived equipment).▪ To perform the Production and Maintenance equipment testing.▪ To operate and control the topsides, hull and subsea production and utility systems and equipment through the ICSS monitoring and reporting systems.▪ To monitor the operating parameters of the production and utility process’s/equipment.▪ To respond to ICSS alarms and investigate as directed by the Production Supervisor.▪ To ensure the logging of all events in the CCR▪ To prepare the daily report▪ To inform/update Production Supervisor of any abnormal operating conditions/situations.▪ To form part of the emergency response team, providing information on equipment status and responsible for starting/stopping equipment.▪ To liaise with the various teams to ensure good coordination and operations compatibility in term of safety.▪ To supervise the coordination of the work permit execution from the control room▪ To ensure the tuning and optimization of the production function and propose update of the obsolete procedures▪ To initiate and follow up the necessary checks when deviations are reported▪ To advise the Production Supervisor of any potential hazardous situation or changes to operating conditions and implements any actions necessary to maintain safe continuous hydrocarbon production.▪ To ensure that all plant and equipment are available for shut down as programmed and in accordance with the permit to work system and that installations are efficiently restarted thereafter.▪ To carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Production Supervisor from time to time, and within the limits of his competence and ability.▪ Monitor the correct operations of all plant and equipment reducing and controlling plant upsets▪ Maintain PW discharge quality within the current Company and /or local guidelines▪ Work closely with DCS Technicians on all matters concerning DCS or PLCs▪ Use DCS efficiently and react immediately in case of emergency▪ Ensure that Company Standards are followed during Start-Up Phases if required▪ Maintain historical trends of Production and Injection systems informing Production Supervisor when the system is unstable or malfunctioning▪ More Specifically During Offshore Commissioning to assist the commissioning team in preparing the commissioning operating tests and equipment performance checks to assist the production team in preparing the start-up phaseWhat are we looking for?Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in engineering: Process Operations, Instrumentation, or related field.Experience: 4+ years in Control Room Operations in a natural gas processingLanguages: Portuguese and Professional English.Technical Skills: Continuously monitor plant and equipment operating parameters via ICSS/DCS and field inspections.
