Job Description

Main TaskManage daily production process to meet schedules and efficiency goals.Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (e.g., ASME, TEMA) throughout fabrication.Optimize use of personnel, machinery, and materials.Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.Guarantee all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.Address production issues and minimize disruptions.QualificationMin. D3 Mechanical Engineering or engineering backgroundProven leadership in production/fabricationProficient with technical drawings, processes, and materials.Knowledge of industry codes and quality standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, API, AWS)Handle inventory, storage, and audits of raw materials.Experienced with SAP / ERPWilling to work shiftsPlacement of Pasuruan, East Java
