Production Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:Develop, implement production schedules and estimate labor hour requirements for completion of work tasksInspect product to verify conformance to specifications and direct machine setup and adjustmentsInterpret work orders to employeesCoordinate production activities with other production supervisors, procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments through active communication to achieve and maintain resultsEnsure that all employees are properly trained and that responsibilities are defined and understoodProvide regular performance feedbackResponsible for all disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment.Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedulesObserve safety of work area, employees, and first responders for all workplace accidentsDemonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvementRequirements:Minimum Chemical Engineering/Chemistry DegreeExperienced in Essential oil/Chemical industry as Production team for at least 1 yearAble to speak and communicate in EnglishWilling to work in Gunung Putri area in 3 shifts/6 working days.Benefits :- BPJS- THRAPPLY HERE:https://www.vanaroma.com/career/production-shift-1
