Location: KocaeliEmployment Status: Salary Full-TimeFunction: ManufacturingHiring Manager: Emre Cengiz MeteRecruiter: Helen GreenInternal Candidate Eligibility Criteria Is a Lincoln Electric employee with at least 1 year of service Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily production processes and conduct analyses to improve efficiencyEnsure effective operation of machinery and equipment on the production line; report malfunctions to relevant departmentsDevelop and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) projectsEnsure production is carried out in accordance with occupational safety and quality standardsOrganize workforce and resources according to the production planTrack and report production data using systems such as SAP or ERPPrepare production infrastructure for new product launch processesInterpret technical drawings and documents to contribute to production processesTake an active role in internal and external audits related to productionCollaborate effectively with engineering and maintenance teams, demonstrating strong teamwork skillsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering fieldsMinimum 3 year of experience in production processes (preferably in automotive, white goods, or metal industries)Proficient in lean manufacturing techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, TPMAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsProficient in MS Office and preferably SAP/ERP systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetSufficient foreign language skills to understand technical documents in EnglishOpen to continuous improvement with an innovative perspectiveLincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
