Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in City of Industry, CA, for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, and ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production activities, supervising team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and communicating effectively with team members and management to resolve issues and optimize workflow. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage production teams effectivelyExperience in Production Schedules, Planning, and coordinating resources to meet project timelinesProficiency in Production Management methods, LEAN Manufacturing tools, to improve efficiency and maintain qualityExcellent Communication skills to foster collaboration and resolve workplace challengesProblem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge of safety and quality assurance standards in a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production setting required. Specifically in the fields of sheet metal fabrication, and punch pressesBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
