Production Supervisor

Our client is an international technology company based in Belgium, specialized in advanced manufacturing and recognized for its expertise in precision production technologies.*The company designs both innovative equipment and customized components for clients in the industrial, medical, and aerospace sectors.They are now looking to hire a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive continuous improvement within their production site.Reporting to the Production Supervisor Manager, you will manage a team of around 15 employees across the Additive Manufacturing and Machining departments.You’ll ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with team development and process optimization.Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the AM and Machining teams (≈15 employees) to deliver on-time, high-quality production.Organize, plan, and coordinate daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and product quality.Collaborate closely with Quality, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, and Engineering to resolve bottlenecks and optimize processes.Ensure material and equipment availability to maintain smooth production flow.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of excellence.Coach and develop team members through feedback, guidance, and regular performance reviews.Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity and quality.Key RequirementsStrong leadership and people management skills – ability to motivate, coach, and empower teams.Technical background with proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Quality- and safety-driven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).Salary & BenefitsFrom €51,000 gross per year (13.92 months – including 13th month and holiday pay)20 legal holidays + 12 recuperation daysAnnual bonus planMeal vouchersGroup and hospitalization insuranceCompany mobile phoneE-bike lease optionSend your CV at t.perriaux@eurolondon.comPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contactedCheck all our offers on www.eurolondon.fr!
