Concurrently, we are dedicated to providing high-performance, superior-quality automotive parts that adhere to the highest global standards, continually driving innovation within the automotive industry.For more information about our company, you may refer to www.minthgroup.com.Location: Loznica, on-siteKey Responsibilities:3.1 Team & Workforce ManagementSet annual goals and manage daily/weekly work plans.Allocate manpower, organize training, and develop employee skills.Monitor attendance, work discipline, and overall team performance.3.2 Production Planning & Process ControlOrganize production according to the plan and ensure processes follow standards.Track production results, analyze gaps, and implement corrective actions.Conduct on-site checks to ensure equipment and processes run smoothly.3.3 Quality ControlEnsure operators follow quality and process standards.Handle quality abnormalities and improve overall product quality.Make quality decisions when QC staff are not present.3.4 New Product IntroductionIdentify issues in new products and coordinate solutions.Provide training on quality requirements and standard operations for new launches.3.5 Continuous ImprovementLead improvement activities, encourage employee suggestions, and optimize processes.Improve equipment efficiency, reduce costs, and support productivity increases.3.6 6S & Safety ManagementPromote and supervise 6S implementation.Ensure safe production and maintain a clean, organized workplace.3.7 Internal Communication & CoordinationConduct team meetings regularly and ensure smooth communication across departments.Support MOS and other corporate initiatives.QualificationsTechnical secondary school or higher.Minimum 2 years of relevant production or team-leading experience.Knowledge of English is preferred.Strong on-site management and production planning abilities.Experience in training and motivating employees.Able to identify issues, solve problems, and support continuous improvement.If this opportunity sounds interesting, apply today and join our team of amazing individuals!
