In this role you will be a part of our line management organization, leading your own teams in production.This will offer you a unique opportunity to work with the latest production technologies within robotics and automation while gaining access to various opportunities for further career development within ABB. You may be the one we are looking for!The Work Model For This Role IsYou will mainly be responsible for:Managing production teams and ensuring that operations are executed in a safe, timely and efficient mannerEnsuring your team´s ability to respond to customer needs quickly and with high qualityContinuously developing the productivity and quality of own teamsEnsuring the required skill levels in your teams and setting individual growth targets for the team membersCollaborating with different stakeholdersEnsuring safety and well-being at workQualifications For The RoleB.Sc. in engineering and relevant working experienceFew years’ of experience from working with production or production processesBasic knowledge in automation and roboticsGood teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making abilityGood negotiation and presentation skills as well as overall interpersonal and collaboration skillsA committed approach to work and a positive mindsetExcellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish.
