Job Opportunity – Production Supervisor (Final Assembly Test & Pack – FATP)We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our Final Assembly Test and Pack (FATP) department. The successful candidate will manage a team of production line leaders, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain a safe and efficient work environment, and drive continuous improvements to achieve the highest product quality.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the FATP department.Manage and mentor a team of production line leaders.Ensure all production targets and schedules are met.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.Ensure adherence to quality management systems and company standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.Monitor production data through MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ensure accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.5 years of experience within the electronics industry.Proven experience in managing the FATP process within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proficiency with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.Why Join Us?Career development opportunities in a fast-growing startup environment.Exposure to international collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.Be a valued contributor to our global expansion and success story.
