Production Supervisor (Shift)

The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.ResponsibilitiesArrange production according to the production plan to ensure that production tasks are completed on timeSupervise the execution of each link of production to ensure the standardization and smooth operation of the production processImplement the quality management system to ensure that the optical cable products meet the quality requirementsImplement 5S management and actively improve production quality & team personnelCollect and analyze production data, prepare production reports, and provide decision support for company managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any majorExperience as Production Supervisor or Production Head in Telecommunication CompanyGood in English
