Job DescriptionFollow-up on proposals and questions related to application systems from customers submitted through customer services or related business unitsProcess the resolution of issues related to the application system reported by customers or the Bank's internal team in accordance with the Service Level AgreementReport critical incidents to relevant regulatory bodiesMaintaining system alert, application configurations, and user access management for applicationMonitoring system alert related to Bank's application & transactionsEnsuring feature functions work as they should in a production environment, one of which is by performing regression testing on each live deploymentSupport for system maintenance process in production environment including coordination with related stakeholder (internal & external), prepare runbook, perform configuration, and live verificationRequirementsBachelor’s degree, majoring in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology will be an advantageExcellent problem solving skill and passionate about finding points of improvements and create a better product experienceMin 2 years experienced in application support, product management, IT support or system supportFamiliar with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Ms. ExcelExcellent command of EnglishReady to work in shifting arrangement
