Role: L2 Application SupportLocation: SingaporeExperience: 5+ YearsL2 technicians handle escalated tickets from L1, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and work closely with development and engineering teams when needed.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in application support or software engineering.Experience in providing L1 & L2 technical support in Banking (Trading Application/Product)Strong Experience with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.Experience working with relational databases ( Microsoft SQL Server , Oracle Database & Pl/sql).String knowledge of Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.Good understanding of micro-services architecture and web application troubleshootingFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and deployment practices.Experience working with Control-m toolAn understanding of the ITIL framework and processes for Incident, Problem, Change management.Added advantage if working on Cloud Environments / GCP.Experience in supporting trading applications
