You’ll be part of a team that ensures seamless transaction processing, system stability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.What You’ll DoAct as the primary contact for Asia-based business users in the payments domain.Provide production support for domestic and cross-border payment systems, including SWIFT messaging and real-time platforms.Manage incidents, problem resolution, and change management with a focus on root cause analysis.Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Contribute to strategic initiatives and drive improvements in system reliability and performance.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in production support or reliability engineering within financial services.Strong understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux systems.Proficiency in SQL (Sybase, DB2, PostgreSQL) and scripting languages like Shell or Python.Familiarity with payment lifecycle processes and protocols such as SWIFT and ISO 20022.Experience with Azure cloud services, including monitoring, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD integrationIf you are interested please apply through this page or email your resume to jooeun.ahn@teksystems.com
