About the Role As the Production Lead, you will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations within a cGMP-accredited pharmaceutical facility. You’ll supervise and develop Production Associates, ensure adherence to stringent quality and regulatory standards, and support the execution and documentation of manufacturing processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient, compliant, and safe production outcomes across the site. What are the benefits: •    Opportunity to join a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturer •    Leadership role with scope to mentor and develop a team •    Work within a cGMP-compliant, regulated environment •    Contribute to innovative production processes in a specialised industry •    Supportive and collaborative management team Key Responsibilities •    Supervise, assist, and develop Production Associates within the manufacturing environment •    Oversee production processes in line with SOPs, operating manuals, and cGMP requirements •    Operate automated and non-automated equipment for product manufacture and packaging •    Ensure accurate documentation, batch records, and raw data collection •    Manage stock control, including FIFO, stock takes, ordering, and handling of expired/damaged materials •    Liaise with Quality teams on deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and audit findings •    Support development and review of standard operating procedures and validation protocols Essential Skills and Requirements •    Minimum Victorian Certificate of Education •    Experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility •    Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and operate complex machinery •    Previous supervision or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment •    Knowledge of regulatory codes such as PIC/S and FDA •    Experience in equipment, facility, and process validation •    Understanding of non-sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing processes •    Strong adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
