Ltd.Job SummaryIchikoh Industries (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Production Trainee to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position offers a comprehensive learning experience within our production operations, with the goal of developing a skilled professional capable of contributing to our high-quality automotive lighting and mirror products.Job Responsibilities Learn and understand various stages of the production process, including assembly, molding, painting, and quality control. Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under the supervision of experienced personnel. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production floor. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines rigorously. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and product knowledge. Identify and report any production issues, equipment malfunctions, or quality deviations to supervisors. Support inventory management activities, including material handling and product movement. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical vocational certificate or diploma in a related field (e.g., Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Mechanical) is a plus. Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of manufacturing principles or a strong interest in industrial processes. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
