NY/NJHandled one or more large financial services customer as Tier 1/2 IT services provider, especially with High Street banks (Morgan, JP, UBS, Chase, etc)Handled 50 to 100 $M portfolio, and team size of up to 1200; should have done this at least for last 6 to 8 yearsShould have stable career overall with financial services experience, growing up in the organizationShould have handled T&M, managed services, outcome based large scale transformation programs in application spaceExperience in delivering for Wealth Management and Capital markets area is a plusProven experience in managing Cloud migration, Mainframe modernization, Production support (large scale Application support, L1,L2, L3) type of work for Big banksAble to map with C-suite, handled and managed large portfolio of accounts or one or two large accounts.
At least 10+ years in demonstrated senior leadership experienceDone large scale transition from other vendors, experienced in winning multiple large RFPs and deals with new customers as well as existing customerWell versed with managing operations & P&L and demonstrated excellence in this spaceExtensive experience in managing portfolio in onsite/offshore model, including experience in hiring for scale (200 to 300 associates in short span of time)
