This position performs chief-of-staff functions supporting the Head of Banking and Financial Services. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in directing activities that support a variety of growth initiatives across the Banking and Financial Services team. Key responsibilities include the development and governance of sales / growth plans for the portfolio and ownership of select strategic enterprise initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Development of sales materials for C-suite business and technology clients at major banks and financial institutions• Internal reporting and monitoring of key sales KPIs (e. g.
, deals closed, pipeline)• Partner with the sales and account leadership to develop strategic plans to drive growth across the portfolio• Plan, coordinate and participate in governance meetings with leadership, staff (townhalls), and other stakeholders• Support the preparation of board, executive committee, and other presentations• Collaborate with the finance and delivery team on quarterly and annual forecast exercises• Drive initiatives such as end of year events, monthly communications, promotion celebration• Analyze and report performance and recommend areas needing improvementThis job requires working 4 days a week in downtown NYC office.
