Job DescriptionEnforce the enterprise data quality management framework and ensure compliance with data quality standardsDevelop data profiling processes, identify trends or issues, and escalate them to data stewards or senior managementCoordinate remediation plans and define data quality metric requirements with Data Stewards (e.g. DQ dimensions, business rules, data quality index, reports) in compliance with Data Quality StandardsConsolidate DQI performance results to assess overall data health at the enterprise level and generate DQI dashboards based on the resultsSupport business engagement efforts related to data quality improvements and monitor outcome of data quality improvement initiativesCollaborate with DataX (Centralized Data Hub) toDefine data quality metric requirements in compliance with data quality standards for data in the SCB data zoneMonitor DQI performance results to assess overall data health in the SCB data zonePerform data quality profiling, investigate issues, and develop remediation plans in the SCB data zoneProvide consultation on the escalation of data quality issue investigations and remediation to DataX Data GovernanceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or related roles.Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, dimensions, and standards.Hands-on experience with data profiling tools and techniques; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, root causes, and propose effective solutions.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Experience working with centralized data platforms or data hubs is an advantage.Passionate about driving data excellence and committed to delivering customer-focused outcomes.
