Professional Performance Marketing Manager Chile

About The RoleWe’re looking for a performance marketing expert to drive profitable growth in the Chilean market. You’ll own the full media mix, analyze and optimize campaigns, and collaborate across teams and with global units to hit ambitious targets. If you thrive on data, creativity, and scaling e-commerce, this role is for you.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute the performance marketing strategy for your country. Own the media mix and allocate budgets across channels (Meta, Google, Email, Affiliates, Influencers, Print, CRM, SEO). Run campaign analysis, build reports, and identify optimization opportunities. Deliver root cause analyses and action plans when revenue/margin underperform. Optimize the consumer journey: funnel messaging, targeting, and conversions. Design and run advanced A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and messaging. Manage agencies/freelancers with strong briefs and oversight. Ensure data quality in dashboards (KLAR) and monitor KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates). Forecast sales with your Country Manager and present projections to leadership. What You Bring3–5 years hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce/high-growth. Proven track record of scaling paid media and managing large budgets profitably. Strong grasp of funnels, conversion levers, and optimization. Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards). Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, Canva, Jira, Confluence. Strong project management and cross-functional skills. Experience in agency management and contract negotiation. Analytical mindset, turning complex data into clear strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for ownership, innovation, and measurable results.
