The position: We are seeking a Sales Professional who will focus on both hunting (new client acquisition) and farming (account development and relationship building). This dual role requires high initiative, consultative selling, and coordination with our recruitment and delivery teams. Duties and responsibilities: Acquire new B2B clients in corporate enterprise sectors in Hungary.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to match client needs with available resources. Nurture and grow existing client accounts (farming), identifying new opportunities and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Track and document sales activities using CRM systems and woking against mutually defined sales targets and KPIsAct as an internal voice of the client to improve services and delivery alignmentCooperating with business development, actively contributing the brand developmentWhat we offer:
