A prestigious training school in Florence is seeking for a Program Assistant supports the smooth operation of academic and cultural programs through administrative, logistical, and communication tasks.This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Prepare materials, manage schedules, assist with reports, and handle daily office tasks.Communication: Serve as a liaison for students, faculty, and external contacts; draft emails and announcements.Program Coordination: Organize events, trips, and orientation activities; monitor program progress and logistics.Financial Management: Track expenses, manage petty cash, process invoices, and collaborate with accountants and consultants.Team Collaboration: Work closely with international staff, support faculty and students; attend weekly meetings.Routine Tasks:Daily: Manage mail/packages, assist students and faculty, handle petty cash, check maintenance requests.Weekly: Organize excursions, prepare weekly communications, support chapel meetings, process invoices.Biweekly/Monthly: Update budgets, collaborate on tax and payroll matters, send financial reports.Per Term: Update academic calendars, organize field trips and transfers, manage student workers, prepare orientation.Requirements:Experience in administrative or program supportStrong multitasking and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFlexibility for occasional evening/weekend work and travelExcellence knowledge of Italian and EnglishFlorenceThis is a Full time position from monday to friday.A temporary contract through an employment agency is offered, with the possibility of extension.Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience.
