As the Program Associate at NLND Berlin, you will take ownership of partnership-driven, community-centered events that energize and grow our ecosystem. You’ll manage relationships, design experiences, and execute events that bring together our ecosystem. Responsibilities: Event & Partner ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of events (workshops, talks, launches, networking nights, etc.)Handle logistics: catering, tech, speakers, schedules, on-site executionManage budgets, vendors, timelines, and post-event feedbackRun recurring programs (quarterly gatherings, breakfasts, thematic series)Build and co-create with strategic partners (brands, startups, agencies, institutions)Pitch new collaborators aligned with NLND’s visionEnsure seamless partner integration (concept, branding, reporting)Maintain and grow partner relationships through touchpoints and value trackingSupport wider initiatives (accelerators, residencies, labs)Cultivate strong relationships across members, partners, and ecosystemTrack engagement data to refine strategy and deepen connectionsCommunity & Team SupportProcess applications and conduct member interviewsLead onboarding sessions to maximize membership valueCover front desk as point of contact during business hoursWelcome members and guests with warmth and professionalismProvide member services (mail, reception, guest support)Host tours for potential clients and ecosystem collaborators (universities, schools, corporates, delegations)Qualifications & Experience2–4 years of experience in event coordination, partnerships, community management, or a related fieldProven track record of delivering eventsFamiliarity with startups, innovation ecosystems, or creative communities (preferred)Fluency in English; German a strong plusFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for eventsAbout Green City Development GmbHWe develop urban spaces where the future is born.Green City Development GmbH is an agency that brings new life to former industrial areas. Key projects include NLND (Neuland) Berlin, Riverside Studios, Alte Münze and Factory Network. GCD is the agency responsible for the strategy, development and operation of NLND Berlin, a project by Philip Morris GmbH.
