Title: Program Coordinator III – Events & Onboarding Duration: 12-Month ContractLocation: London, UK (Kings Cross – Hybrid)About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced Events & Onboarding Program Coordinator to support large-scale New Hire Orientation programs for a fast-paced global tech organisation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in operations, enjoys running high-energy events, and loves delivering exceptional experiences to new joiners.You’ll work closely with global teams across London, Menlo Park, and Singapore to ensure new employees have a smooth, memorable onboarding experience. From coordinating speakers to managing room setup and delivering live event support—you’ll be the person who makes the magic happen.What You’ll Do:Support and execute in-person New Hire Orientation sessions (50–100 attendees)Coordinate event logistics, schedules, room setup, and cross-functional partnersManage invites, communications, and speaker coordinationMonitor new hire inboxes and provide timely supportOversee swag/inventory and assist with physical event setupMaintain reporting, audits, and program trackingPartner closely with London-based Event Manager and global onboarding teamsWhat We’re Looking For:5–7 years of experience in program coordination or corporate events3+ years in event planning (conferences, corporate events, orientation)Excellent communication & customer service skillsStrong Google Suite reporting skillsComfortable with public speaking and fast-paced environmentsNice to Have:Salesforce or LMS experienceOnboarding or employee experience backgroundWork Setup:London (Kings Cross)Hybrid: 3 days onsiteFlexible early hours during NHO weeks (07:00 start on Monday, 07:30 on Tuesday)If you love creating smooth, high-impact experiences and want to be part of a dynamic global team, we’d love to hear from you.
