This is a critical, client-facing role where you will own the end-to-end delivery of a programme, from planning and commercial governance through to a successful go-live.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced delivery leader who thrives on navigating complexity, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering tangible business outcomes for our clients. You will have the platform to manage strategic implementations, build deep client relationships, and play a vital role in a fast-growing, world-class delivery organisation.Main Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of key client implementations or complex workstreams within a larger programme, ensuring a successful outcome that aligns with the client's business case Own and manage the commercial and financial governance of your programme, including the Statement of Work (SOW), change control, budget, and forecasting Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, leading programme governance forums and ensuring clear, consistent communication on status, risks, and progress Lead a dedicated, cross-functional delivery team—including technical, functional, and advisory experts—fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability to achieve programme goals Apply Fenergo's global delivery methodology with rigour and consistency, ensuring your implementation adheres to best practices and quality standards Proactively manage all programme risks, issues, and dependencies, providing clear, data-driven reporting and transparently managing escalations Contribute to the continuous improvement of our global delivery function by providing structured feedback and sharing learnings from your delivery engagementsRequirementsRequirements: 6+ years of experience in programme management, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, ideally in the financial services sector Strong commercial acumen with direct, hands-on experience managing programme budgets, change requests, and the commercial components of a Statement of Work (SOW) Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and lead governance discussions with senior client contacts Deep expertise in modern delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid) and the ability to apply them effectively to ensure predictable delivery execution Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to achieve a common goal A formal project or programme management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)Nice to Have: Direct experience with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, or other financial crime compliance technology platforms Experience delivering projects that involve significant data migration and complex systems integration Experience working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environmentIf you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
