If you meet the aforementioned requirements, are committed to the highest standards of excellence, and want to learn from and collaborate with some of the most respected and recognized experts in the industry, this is a role for You.RequirementsAt least 15 years of experience in Software DevelopmentAt least 10 years of experience in Project ManagementAt least 5 years of experience in Program ManagementExperiance with Industrial Automation or Oil & Gas domains Solid experience in IT Service or ConsultingExperience working with distributed teamsProven track of managing teams of 100+ engineers on several accounts in parallel or complex programsExperience in driving large-scale customer engagements from pre-sales to solid executionGood grasp of modern SDLC methodologies and management principles/techniquesProven experience in establishing/tailoring project processGood understanding of Different Commercial Models, BudgetingExperience in budgets and crisis managementGood planning and organizational skillsExperience in designing, tailoring, and reviewing KPIs for subordinatesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with the team and the customerExperience in working with global customersExperience in mentoring senior engineering managers and directorsHaving a solid understanding of motivational principles and what drives people toward resultsCapability to recognize weak points, risks, and dependencies; ability to address themFulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiativeStrong charisma and energy to build the team and drive it to success, and be a role model.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsFluent in EnglishJob responsibilitiesProgram Director / Division Head will engage in EMEA Industrial Delivery Unit activities in managing existing and building new customer engagement.The role will support the day-to-day planning and execution of software development programs and projects.Also, will be responsible and working with the distributed management team. This position will include driving customer engagement, engineering execution, schedule and resource planning, project documentation, communication, and management reporting.Manage and develop engagement with existing and new customersFuture leading a division with 100+ engineers working on the multiple accounts/projectsCommunicate with numerous senior stakeholders on client-sideGrow existing accounts and acquire new onesLead strategic accounts for three-year plan growth and be responsible for plan executionWhat we offerCulture of caring.
